I've been going to yoga classes for years and always been envious of the people with weighted eye pillows for relaxation. And now I have one!

With the products I make there are always fabric offcuts and these have been put to  good use here. 
These weighted eye pillows are very versatile - not just for yoga! You can use them in meditation or even put them in the microwave for 30 seconds as a heat bag.

The bags are all individual and one of a kind. They are numbered from 1-10  - please select your choice from the drop down menu. (#9 is actually Lavender - whoops!)

>> Printed 100%  linen on front
>> 100% Cotton back (in case linen is too scratchy for you)
>> Inner 100% white cotton or muslin filled with high grade medium-grain rice
>> Approximately 26cm x 9cm
>> Heat for 30 seconds in the microwave - that is all you need - not longer (please be safe!)
>> Add a drop of your favourite essential oil
>> Spot clean only
